16th INPAP Scientific and Technical Conference
On June 22–24, 2026, in Bronisławów on the Sulejowski Reservoir, the next edition of the INPAP 2026 scientific and technical conference was held, organized, as is traditional, by the Center for Papermaking and Printing at the Lodz University of Technology. The event was held under the media patronage of Przegląd Papierniczy and Świat Druku. During the conference, participants had the opportunity, among other things, to learn about the 80-year history of papermaking at the Lodz University of Technology, as well as to attend interesting lectures on topics such as printed electronics on paper, recycling of beverage containers, process services for paper production lines, optimizing the production of tissue paper and reducing costs through the use of enzymes, increasing sorting efficiency and sustainable development in the pulp and paper industry, agricultural waste as a sustainable raw material for the production of paper and fibrous biomaterials, and many other topics. In addition, a panel discussion was held during the conference on “Engineering Competencies of the Future and Challenges in Workforce Training in Light of Technological Advancements and the Rise of Artificial Intelligence.”
